Meeting packages
Our restaurant serves exquisite food and drink during your meeting. When you book a meeting package, standard AV equipment is included in the price. The price is based on groups of 10 or more.
You decide the table layout in the room. You are always welcome to make special requests with regard to food and drink.
Day meeting 8am-5pm
- From 8am to 5pm
- 1 conference room with flip chart, whiteboard and LCD projector
- Wireless Internet
- Iced water and chocolate in the room
- Coffee/tea ad libitum throughout the day from the buffet in the foyer
- Morning coffee/tea with fruit, juice, rolls, cold meats, cheese and jam from the buffet in the foyer
- Lunch buffet with 1 beer or 1 soft drink in our restaurant
- Afternoon coffee/tea with homemade cake from the buffet in the foyer
Price per person DKK 675,-
All-day meeting 8am-11pm
- From 8am to 11pm

- Coffee/tea ad libitum throughout the day from the buffet in the foyer until 18.00
- Morning coffee/tea with fruit, juice, rolls, Danish pastries, cold meats, cheese and jam from the buffet in the foyer
- Lunch with 1 beer or 1 soft drink in our restaurant
- Afternoon coffee/tea with homemade cake, fruit and juice from the buffet in the foyer
- Two-course menu of the day served in the restaurant
- Surcharge for three-course menu DKK 35
