Meeting packages
Our restaurant provides exquisite food and drink during your meeting and, naturally, if your meeting extends over several days, it can be combined with a stay at the hotel.
When you book a meeting at Imperial Hotel, an overhead projector and flip chart is included as standard. The table layout will be to your requirements, and the prices listed in the meeting packages are based on groups of 10 or more. The meeting rooms can be rented from 8am-5pm and from 5pm-1am
Day meeting 8am-5pm
- Meeting room from 8am-5pm
- Coffee/tea and wholegrain rolls at the start of the meeting
- Morning break with coffee/tea and vegetable snacks with yoghurt dressing
- Delicious, healthy lunch at Brasserie Imperial with 1 beer or soft drink
- Coffee/tea and smoothies and crackers in the afternoon break
- Fresh fruit and iced water in the meeting room throughout the day
- Standard AV equipment, projector and wireless Internet
