Meeting packages
Our restaurant provides exquisite food and drink during your meeting and, naturally, if your meeting extends over several days, it can be combined with a stay at the hotel.
When you book a meeting package, our standard AV equipment is included in the price. The table layout will, as far as possible, be to your requirements, and the prices listed in the meeting packages are based on groups of 10 or more. The meeting rooms can be rented between 8am and 5pm
Day meeting 8am-5pm
- Delicious light breakfast before the start of the meeting with a choice of rolls, croissants and Danish pastries served with cheese and jam and tea and coffee
- Exquisite lunch served in Restaurant von Plessen, prepared using the very best seasonal ingredients, with a glass of wine, a beer or a soft drink
- Delicious afternoon refreshment with homemade cake, sliced fruit, tea/coffee and organic apple juice from Kivik
- Coffee/tea, iced water and fruit will be served in the room throughout the day
- Boiled sweets
- Meeting room from 8:00-17:00
- LCD projector, flipchart, overhead and screen
